Love is the deepest and most profound feeling a human being can feel. It is a feeling that makes you want to shout out from the rooftops, and tell everyone about the deep emotions being felt, of the connection, of its endlessness. Now there is a way for these declarations of love to be placed somewhere that is beyond this planet, yet very close to your heart. Thanks to this project, vows and declarations of love will be placed in the sky and will orbit the Earth for hundreds of years. Wouldn’t that be the best wedding gift one can give to a loved one? A very unique, one-of-a-kind gift from the heart.
This unique project will be achieved with the help of the world’s first private spaceship company. They already honour loved ones who have passed away through post-cremation space flights and orbits through memorial and lunar burial spaceflights. Two of their satellites launched in the late 90’s are currently still orbiting Earth and will continue to do so for hundreds years to come. An SD card filled with declarations of love will be placed in one these satellites, which will be reached through the final 2015 rocket launch from Cape Canaveral, Florida.
Everyone can support this project by either backing or contributing, or by doing both. Contributions can be submitted in the form of written poems, love letters, sound bytes of declarations of love, songs, photography, artwork and much more.
This project is currently looking for supporters and contributors through Kickstarter.
